Who has to sit for, & pass, the CLP examination? Print Email

If you possess any one of the following qualifications and intend to be admitted as an advocate and solicitor under the Legal Profession Act 1976 [Act 166] i.e. to practice law in Malaysia, you would have to apply to sit and pass the CLP Examination:
